Will checked his emails, surfed the Internet on his computer, and did everything he possibly could to keep from coming out of his room until he absolutely had to.

He was terrified he would run into that driver again, and he was sort of worried Leon would see Sam with him and change his mind about letting the dog stay in his room.

Will was enjoying having his dog lying beside him too much, just the way he used to. Sam was such a big baby sometimes.

It wasn’t until Sam got up and whined at the door that Will realized he was going to have to leave. As smart as he thought his dog could be, he wasn’t toilet trained or anything.

Will got his shoes on and took his dog out into the hall. Where did Leon set Sam loose when it was time for him to use the bathroom? Will seriously doubted it was anywhere on that immaculate front lawn, and maybe Will would let his dog out there anyway if he had some dog bags with him, but he didn’t.

So, Will followed Sam. He seemed to know where to go.

Sam led Will to the back of the house on the first floor. There were sliding glass doors that led out onto a beautiful deck, the most gorgeous thing Will had ever seen in his life.

Was that a hot tub way down there? Will was pretty sure that was a hot tub.

He supposed it made sense. It might actually be weird if a billionaire didn’t own a hot tub.

Sam ran off the deck, which was good because Will didn’t want to have to explain a giant mess on the wood. He ran to the trees in the distance. That wasn’t the only thing that was in the distance.

Another house. It was smaller than the mansion Will had been staying in, and there was a…a pool. That was a pool house.

Right. Will reminded himself it would only be strange if a billionaire didn’t own a whole second house on the same property as the first one.

Leon probably owned a couple of private jets and maybe even…

Will groaned.

Even his own personal whore. Damn.

Sam did his thing, but when Will called for him, he didn’t come. He went to the door of the pool house, and promptly let himself in using the dog door attached.

Will frowned. “Sam? Hey! Sam, come back!”

Sam did not come back.

Shit. Was he allowed in there? It was a doggy door, so it was likely.

What if Leon…no, Will banished that thought. Though some crazy billionaires in the world might buy an actual house for their pets, it was obvious Leon had taken Sam in to get back at Will. There was no way he’d furnished that whole house for a dog. Will might not know Will anymore, but he was pretty sure he knew the man well enough to say for sure that Leon wouldn’t be that wasteful.

Will stepped forward, intent on following his dog, and getting him out of there before he could chew up some old furniture or something.
